ACCOMMODATIONS – Awesome On Site Options for Guests 

• • Treat your guests to staying on location where the events are held – renovated cabins for up to 76 guests and period-authentic (but renovated!) glamping and camping accommodations (including vintage campers, luxury tents, and BYOTent campsites) for up to 50 people
  • Accommodation prices are listed in our website – guests will receive a 15% discount on their accommodations off list price as part of the reservation package

POV Resort hosts weddings in the winter, spring, and fall. All weddings must book one of the following packages – unfortunately we do not do venue-only rentals (without lodging). Venue fees below include the benefits listed on this page. Note: Winter and week-day Monday through Thursday weddings have a $500 venue fee and are based on availability.

FULL RESORT PACKAGE AVAILABILITY | Wedding guests (or bride/groom) are obligated to rent all of the cabin and glamping units – luxury tents and vintage campers – (or the bridal couple will reserve unit(s) themselves) for a minimum 2 night stay as well as paying the venue rental fee at the resort.

  • Aug 26-28, 2024 | $2,500 venue fee (2 night min stay) 
  • Aug 28-30, 2024 | $2,500 venue fee (2 night min stay) 
  • Sept 27-29, 2024 | $2,500 venue fee (2 night min stay)

CABINS & VINTAGE CAMPERS PACKAGE AVAILABILITY | Wedding guests (or bride/groom) are obligated to rent all of the cabins and glamping vintage campers – but not the luxury tents – (or the bridal couple will reserve unit(s) themselves) for a minimum 2-night stay as well as paying the venue rental fee at the resort (glamping campground units are closed for the season). For these dates we highly recommend a walled tent and space heaters to ensure adequate reception conditions). Note – the glamping luxury tents are not available these dates.

Below is a pricing example for a wedding at POV Resort for September 13-15, 2024 (a date when the campgrounds is open and would be included in reserved units).

Note – our lodging pricing changes per season, and this is meant to demonstrate how the contract pricing works. Pricing also fluctuates lower if you pick dates when the campgrounds is closed — lowering the amount of rental units included.

LODGING RESERVED FOR CUSTOMER FOR TWO NIGHTS – SUBJECT TO CHANGE UPON REQUEST (Cabin 13): $460.57 (includes 15% discount)

TOTAL LODGING FEES EXPECTED TO BE ULTIMATELY PAID BY WEDDING GUESTS: ($6,949.81 – $460.57) = $6,489.24

VENUE RENTAL FEE: $2,500

EXPECTED MINIMUM TOTAL TO BE ULTIMATELY PAID BY WEDDING COUPLE: ($460.57 Lodging + $2,500 Venue Rental Fee) = $2,960.57

25% INITIAL LODGING DEPOSIT ABLE TO BE USED FOR OTHER POV EXPENSES ONCE UNITS ARE BOOKED BY WEDDING GUESTS: $6,949.81 total lodging commitment x 25% = $1,737.45
NOTE: When wedding guests book lodging units (other than Cabin 13) this paid line-item amount will be applied to other costs incurred by the Customer (staffing support, alcohol or ice purchases, etc.). If any contracted units are not booked by guests as committed to, the rental rates of these units will be paid by the Customer out of this initial lodging deposit. If any of this lodging deposit remains after other expenses, this remaining amount will be refunded to the Customer after the rental period concludes.

TOTAL INITIAL DEPOSIT DUE BY BRIDE/GROOM: $2,500 + $600 + $1,737.45 = $4,837.45
NOTE: This initial deposit amount reflects the full venue rental fee and full security deposit plus a 25% deposit for the total lodging reservation amount required. It is due upon signing this Agreement.
