How to Get Here
Coadys’ Point of View Lake Resort is located 15 minutes north of Eagle River and 7 minutes south of Phelps in the spectacular Nicolet National Forest and on the shore of beautiful North Twin Lake.
POV Resort is easy to find and well marked on Wisconsin Highway 17. One easy way to find the final curve on Highway 17 (if you are coming from Eagle River) is to look for the tall metal power lines above the tree line as you go down a hill. Once you see those, the next curve is your last one – our driveway (Point of View Trail) is at the end of that last curve.
By Car
From Chicago: Take Interstate 90 West to Madison then take Interstate 39 North to Merrill and exit to Hwy 17 North to Eagle River. Then follow directions above. Approximate drive time 5 hours and 45 minutes without traffic.
From Minneapolis: Take Interstate 94 East to Chippewa Falls. Take Hwy 29 to Wausau. Take Interstate 39 North to Merrill and exit to Hwy 17 North to Eagle River. Then follow directions above. Approximate drive time 4 hours and 15 minutes without traffic.
Flights
Rhinelander Airport (45 minutes away) has direct flights from MSP Airport in the Twin Cities, MN.
The Eagle River Union Airport offers commuter service-Eagle River/Chicago Palwaukee Trans North Aviation. Call 715-479-6777. 100 LL & Jet A are also available. For more information call 715-479-7442.
