The luxury tent is fully-furnished with a queen bed, full-sized futon, and table/chairs set. Great for a larger family or group of friends. Outdoors there is a picnic table, hammock, fire ring, charcoal grill, and tiki torches.
    • 1965 AIRSTREAM VINTAGE CAMPER (ONLY SITE W/ FULL ELECTRIC) | CAMPSITE 13 | This 4-person vintage camper is fully-furnished with a full bed, two single beds, a kitchen prep space (including fridge and microwave), and a changing room.     • BYOTent Glamping Campsites | CAMPSITE 9 & 11 | 6 persons | “Bring Your Own” tent campsites with resort amenities included in rental rate. Site has space for up to 2 tents that sleep 6 people total and also has a picnic table, charcoal grill, tiki torches, hammock, and fire ring.

Additional Information

GLAMPING RATES INCLUDE: Our base rates include more amenities than you would expect from any other Northwoods experience, including access to:

    • In Glamping Unit (Non-BYOTent Sites): Space Heater (BYO 1 LB propane canisters or buy them at our on site store – need one canister per cold night), Basic Electric Provided via Power Stations (for low-powered appliances), Memory Foam Mattresses, Bedding, Lighting
    • Campsite Amenities: Charcoal Grills, Picnic Tables, Fire Pits, Edison Lights or Tiki Torches, Mulch Groundcover
    • Access to Common Spaces/Amenities: Bathhouse, Newly-Renovated Rec Building, Self-Serve General Store, Coin Operated Laundry Room, Fish House
    • Access to Outdoor Amenities: Beach/Docks, Pickleball/Basketball Court, Giant Yard Games, Playground, Pickelball/Badminton, Sand Volleyball, Horseshoes, Ring Toss, Hammocks, Swings, Group Firepits, Trails
    • Use of Non-Motorized Boats (Free): First-come-first-serve for kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, paddleboards, row boats

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

    • 25% deposit is required
    • Remaining 75% is due two weeks prior to check in

RATE INCREASES: POV raises rates every year based on inflation estimates by experts for the following year. This enables the resort to maintain any rise in costs of doing business (i.e. pay raises for staff, utilities, supplies, etc.). 

ANNUAL RESERVATIONS: The only annual reservations we “hold” are summer week-long cabin reservations.

    • SALES TAX – Vilas County’s Sales Tax is 5.5%
    • NEW PHELPS’ ROOM TAX – Starting January 1, 2025 we will be required to collect a 2.5% room tax by the Town of Phelps.

RV/CAMPER INFO:

    • We allow for *SMALL* campers in Campsite 9 and 11 – however, our campgrounds are really more geared towards tents not campers
    • The length of camper + vehicle in these campsites should not to exceed 25 feet (due to small turn radius)
    • Generators only allowed with silent technology
