Unit Description

Fox’s Hole – Unit 11 is a lovely year-round (pet friendly!) waterfront cabin combining the charm of a Northwoods cottage with the conveniences of a home. The newly-renovated unit has a spacious living room/dining area, a fully-outfitted kitchen, and an updated roomy and bright full bathroom. A picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal and gas grills are right outside your door on the spacious deck. Part of the “Quad”, it shares a deck with 3 other units, which is great for groups and families. Perfect for couples or a small family! 

It has a queen size bed and queen futon, sleeping up to four. The bed area has a comfortable firm memory-foam mattress and upscale bedding. Fresh linens, blankets, pillows, towels, TP & paper towels, and bathroom/kitchen soaps are provided.

PETS: We do allow dogs in this unit between the end of August and mid-June. We have a $50/stay per dog fee; pets must be on a leash outside cabins at all times and crated when left alone inside the unit.

Bigfoot’s Sanctuary – Unit 13 is Lovely, large, newly-renovated three-bedroom private log home right on the water with a big private deck with a screened gazebo. This cabin has its own fire ring also. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area and it has a large bathroom with a full tub and shower.  The unit also has an electric fireplace in the bunk room – great for ambience and relaxing. The best POV Resort has to offer! 

Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds on a sleeping porch – very popular with groups of kids and fishing buddies! (The camper model is named after Natty Bumppo, known as the Pathfinder, from “The Last of the Mohicans”.)  Perfect for a small family or friends getaway, 4 sleep in this renovated camper itself. 

This vintage glamping camper affords guests much more than just another shelter in nature; the Pathfinder camper will help you create lifelong memories and a sense of nostalgic Northwoods adventure. Enjoy nature without having to pack all of your stuff! 

SPACE DESCRIPTION: The camper is outfitted with one queen bed and one full bed futon. It also has a food prep area (no appliances/water) and a changing room (for bathroom needs guests use the bathhouse). Outdoors is home to a charcoal grill, a hammock, tiki torches, and patio furniture. A common gas grill station (tanks provided) is located in the campground). POV has wood swings and hammocks throughout the resort as well. This camper also provides basic electricity for charging wall lights, phones, laptops, fans, COPD machines, and other low-powered appliances, etc. A space heater is also provided (heaters provided in units – bring your own 1 lb propane canisters or buy them in our store – 1 canister should get you through overnight). There is parking for one vehicle with overflow parking available at the bathhouse.

With glamping all the craze, this tent affords for the luxury of real furniture without the prices and is nestled in the woods. Guests get much more than just another shelter in nature; these tent will help you create lifelong memories and a sense of romance and adventure. Its fluid lines and natural light creates a feeling of spaciousness, warmth and relaxation.

SITE DESCRIPTION: This luxury tent is outfitted with a full size bed, two cots, and a fun round picnic table (sleeping 6 comfortably inside the tent). Outdoors is home to a charcoal grill, hammock, tiki torches, picnic table, and firepit. POV has wood swings and hammocks throughout the resort as well. Now included with your rental rate, POV Resort provides Power Stations for each luxury tent – these provide basic electricity for charging phones, laptops, fans, COPD machines, and other low-powered appliances, etc. Ground cover is mulch – no more tracking mud! There is parking for one vehicle with overflow parking available at the bathhouse.

A space heater is also provided (heaters provided in units – bring your own 1 lb propane canisters or buy them in our store – 1 canister should get you through overnight).

Now included with your rental rate, POV Resort provides Power Stations for each luxury tent – these provide basic electricity for charging phones, laptops, fans, COPD machines, and other low-powered appliances, etc. Ground cover is mulch – no more tracking mud! There is parking for one vehicle with overflow parking available at the bathhouse.

A space heater is also provided (heaters provided in units – bring your own 1 lb propane canisters or buy them in our store – 1 canister should get you through overnight). 

There is parking available for one car at the site and one car in overflow parking at the bathhouse. A water station is available at the bathhouse. The layout of each site has been meticulously placed and groomed to utilize the natural landscape and ground cover (mulch – no more tracking mud!).
