Run a full-group session, break into smaller teams, and reconvene for dinner without anyone getting in a car.

Meeting Spaces at a Glance

RETREAT TIMING | The resort is very quiet from November – early December and mid-March through April – have the entire resort to yourselves – including the common spaces! Note – there is no venue rental fee during these periods for group events when 8+ units are reserved. Venue fees range from $600 to $2,500 other times of the year and type of event – dependent on availability. The resort does not host retreats between mid-June and late August.

FAMILY REUNIONS | The resort is great for family reunions May-October or January-February. Or, book a family get together over Thanksgiving or Christmas and do something different!

Multiple rooms, one property — Run a plenary session in the Cabin 14 Great Room, send teams downstairs or to the Lodge Rec Room for breakouts, and bring everyone back together for dinner by the fire. No shuttle, no second venue, no lost half-hour.

We do have reliable high-speed wifi available in the main area of the resort grounds – in the Rec Room and around the cabins. So if you need to stream something over one of our big-screen TVs, send an email, or stream a movie on a rainy day…we’ve got you covered.
