Bald Eagle’s Nest – Unit 1 is a lovely (PET FRIENDLY!) year-round cabin combining the charm of a Northwoods cottage with the conveniences of a home. The newly-renovated unit has a spacious living room/dining area, a fully-outfitted kitchen, and an updated roomy and bright full bathroom. The unit also has an electric fireplace stove – great for year-round ambience. A picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal and gas grills are right outside your door on the spacious deck. 

The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds – very popular with kids! Bedrooms have comfortable firm memory-foam beds and upscale bedding. Fresh linens, blankets, pillows, towels, TP & paper towels, and bathroom/kitchen soaps are provided.

PETS: We do allow dogs in this unit between the end of August and mid-June. We have a $50/stay per dog fee; pets must be on a leash outside cabins at all times and crated when left alone inside the unit.

This 1953 Pathfinder Vintage Camper #1 is a perfect getaway for those looking jump back in time while having all the amenities of modern glamping. Hop back into the fifties and experience groovy camping and decor! We based the interior vibe off of the 1950s tv episodes about vacation! (The camper model is named after Natty Bumppo, known as the Pathfinder, from “The Last of the Mohicans”.)  Perfect for a small family or friends getaway, 4 sleep in this renovated camper itself. 

This vintage glamping camper affords guests much more than just another shelter in nature; the Pathfinder camper will help you create lifelong memories and a sense of nostalgic Northwoods adventure. Enjoy nature without having to pack all of your stuff! 

SPACE DESCRIPTION: The camper is outfitted with one queen bed and one full bed futon. It also has a food prep area (no appliances/water) and a changing room (for bathroom needs guests use the bathhouse). This camper also provides basic electricity for charging wall lights, phones, laptops, fans, COPD machines, and other low-powered appliances, etc. A space heater is also provided (heaters provided in units – bring your own 1 lb propane canisters or buy them in our store – 1 canister should get you through overnight). There is parking for one vehicle with overflow parking available at the bathhouse.

We do have high-speed wifi throughout the main resort – so if you need to send an email or stream a movie on a rainy day, we’ve got you covered. Each cabin comes with a boat slip, and additional boat slips are available to rent.

Our base rates include more amenities than you would expect from any other Northwoods experience, including access to:

    • Access to Common Spaces/Amenities: Bathhouse, Newly-Renovated Rec Building, Coin-Operated Laundry Room, Fishhouse
    • Access to Outdoor Amenities: Beach/Docks, Basketball Court, Playground, Sand Volleyball, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Ring Toss, Trails, Wood Swings, Hammocks, Beachfront Shower

Our 1930s Hawaiian Luxury Tent #2 is yurt-style (16-foot round) and will get you to say Aloha!!! Decked out with 1930’s tropical decor, you’ll be able to get away without the travel time or time travel. This tent sleeps up to 4 comfortably – it is located within a short walking distance of the bathhouse, is set within tall trees, and has a great view of the woods. 

With glamping all the craze, this luxury tent affords for the luxury of real furniture without the prices of a trip abroad. Guests get much more than just another shelter in nature; this tent is a source of lifelong memories and a sense of nostalgic adventure. Its natural light creates a feeling of spaciousness, warmth, and relaxation while the festive decor will ensure you to have fun on your trip away! Enjoy nature without having to pack all of your stuff! 

This luxury tent is outfitted with a queen bed, full-sized futon, and a kitchen table. Outdoors the deck is home to a charcoal grill, a hammock, tiki torches, and patio furniture. A common gas grill station (tanks provided) is located in the campground). A picnic table and firepit are also furnished. POV has wood swings and hammocks throughout the resort as well. Now included with your rental rate, POV Resort provides Power Stations for each luxury tent – these provide basic electricity for charging phones, laptops, fans, COPD machines, and other low-powered appliances, etc. Ground cover is mulch – no more tracking mud! There is parking for one vehicle with overflow parking available at the bathhouse.
